INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: (depending on the schedule of the other weekend workshops): - Art-therapeutic accompaniment / calming energy massage with the music of plants / Metanature® coaching / meditations guided by the music of plants. - Some creative workshops can be practiced individually: Drawing / painting / sketching / modeling / plant graphics / sculpture. The choice of workshops is made on site, after discussion.
